Terms of Service

Our products are custom printed to order to the size, shape, finishing and artwork you select. Prices are calculated from your dimensions and options and are shown before checkout. Prices, materials and specifications may change at any time.

By uploading artwork or submitting files, you represent and warrant that you own or hold all necessary rights and licences to reproduce and print that content, and that it does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property or other rights, or any law.

You agree to indemnify Print Fabrix against claims arising from content you supply. We may refuse or cancel any order containing content we believe to be infringing, unlawful or offensive.

We provide a digital proof for your approval before printing. Printed colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen, and finished sizes may vary within normal fabric-printing tolerance.

Approving your proof confirms your acceptance of the artwork as shown.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers.

Shipping, delivery, returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which form part of these Terms.

You may not use our products or site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe the rights of others, or to order prints of content that is illegal, hateful, or that you are not authorised to reproduce.

Our site and products are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Print Fabrix is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, the State of Texas, and the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies.
