Service 01 — Free 2D mockup
Before you order. Nothing committed.
You want to see it before you spend. We place your artwork on a flat visual of the fabric, at the exact size you entered.
Backdrop, banner, table cover, flag — the mockup shows placement and scale.
A mockup is a picture, not a promise. It is not colour-managed, and it books nothing.
What to send: your artwork or logo, the finished size, the fabric name.
What comes back: one flat image showing your artwork at scale on that fabric.
Service 02 — Free artwork check and prep
You have a design. We make it printable.
Send the file you already own. We check resolution at final size, convert the colour mode, add bleed, set safe margins, allow for seams, and rescale without stretching.
If something can't be fixed, we say so. Then we tell you what would fix it.
What to send: your working file, the finished size in ft, in or cm, the fabric name.
What comes back: a print-ready file at your finished size, plus a note listing what we changed.
Service 03 — Free layout from scratch
A logo and an idea. No artwork yet.
You have a mark, some copy, maybe a photograph. We build the layout to the size and fabric you have already chosen, with margins, safe area and seam positions accounted for.
We arrange what you send. We don't invent what you don't.
What to send: the logo in vector form, photography at full resolution, your text as text, the finished size.
What comes back: a laid-out print-ready file and a 2D mockup, for your approval.

Free without a boundary reads as untrue. So here is the line, drawn in both directions.

Mockup vs proof
A mockup sells the idea. A proof commits the press.
These two get confused, and the confusion is expensive. They arrive at different points and they carry different weight.
A mockup comes before you order. It is a sales visual: your artwork, on that fabric, at your size.
It is not colour-managed, and approving it orders nothing.
A proof comes after you order, free on every order. It is the pre-press file we will print from.
Check dimensions, orientation, spelling, artwork placement, finishing positions.
Approving the proof is the point of no return. Nothing prints until you approve it.
Once you approve, the file goes to the press.
What you approve is what prints. Not the mockup, not the email thread, not the first file you sent.

What to send us
Accepted formats
Vector first, always: AI, EPS, PDF. Raster, layered or flat: PSD, TIFF, high-resolution JPG or PNG.
Getting the file to us
Files of 20 MB or under upload straight onto the request form. Anything larger comes as a file-transfer link, pasted into the same form.
What makes a good starting point
- Vector logo, not a screenshot of one
- Photography at the largest size you hold, uncropped
- Text supplied as text, or fonts outlined
- The finished size in ft, in or cm
- The fabric name, or a shortlist of two

Revisions · Turnaround
Revisions and turnaround
Two things to know before you send anything.
Revisions included: revisions are part of this service. Tell us what is not working and we change it.
Design turnaround: a mockup comes back quickly. If you are working to a date, say so when you send the brief, and we will confirm.
Print turnaround is separate and starts at proof approval: 24–48 hours on the press.
Ownership · Your files
Your artwork stays yours
You send artwork. It stays your property.
We use it to prep, proof and print your order, and for nothing else.
A layout we build for your order is yours to use for that order. We don't resell it, and we don't publish your work without asking.

Questions we get asked
Is it free?
Yes, and there is no charge hiding behind it. Prepping your file properly is cheaper for us than reprinting it later.
What if I don't like the layout?
Tell us what is not working and we change it. Revisions are part of the service.
If it still isn't right, don't order. Nothing is charged until you check out.
Can you match my brand colours?
Not exactly, and no dye-sublimation printer can honestly claim otherwise. Screen colour shifts on cloth, and it shifts differently across the 17 fabrics.
Send your Pantone or hex references and we get as close as the fabric allows. Confirm it on a free printed swatch first, and read Colour Matching & Pantone.
Do you keep my files?
Yes, for 24 months from despatch, so a reprint doesn't mean starting again. Ask us to delete them and we delete them.
Can I get a mockup without ordering?
Yes. That is the entire purpose of it — no order, no deposit, no obligation.
