- Payment information: processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store full card details.
- Custom order content: the dimensions, finishing options and artwork files you upload for printing.
- Mockup and quote form data: when you submit our mockup or custom-request form, we collect your name, email, phone, message and any file you attach.
- Usage data: cookies and similar technologies for cart, analytics and site function.

How we use your information
To produce and deliver your order, prepare proofs and quotes, process payments, communicate with you, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
03 · Who sees it
Service providers we share with
We share information only as needed with providers that help us operate.
- Shopify — our e-commerce platform and checkout.
- Payment processors — for taking and verifying payment.
- Shipping carriers and fulfilment partners — for delivering your order.
- Hulk Form Builder — which powers our mockup and quote form, and handles submitted files.
- Google — Sheets and Drive, where enquiry details and any artwork uploaded through our contact form are stored.
- Email and analytics providers — for order mail, newsletters and site measurement.

Artwork and uploaded files
Files you upload — print artwork and mockup attachments — are used solely to prepare your proof, quote and printed product.
We retain them only as long as needed for your order and our records, and do not use them for any other purpose without your consent.

We use cookies to run the store, remember your cart and understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.
