Refund Policy

Everything is printed according to your order — your size, your artwork, your spec. Nothing is stocked, and nothing printed for you can be resold to anyone else. That is why this differs from a standard off-the-shelf returns policy.

01 · Where this starts

The core rule

Printed-to-order work is final. There are no returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • A size or option you selected in error
  • An error that existed in the file you supplied and approved

The proof is the cut-off

Every order gets a free digital proof — nothing prints until you approve it. Once approved, you have accepted the artwork, spelling, colour and layout as shown. Errors inside an approved proof are not eligible for a free reprint.

Not ideal for

Approving a proof without checking it at full size — the proof is where errors are still free to fix.

Catch it before approval

Use the free artwork check, or a free 2D mockup before you order.

02 · Free reprint or refund

When you're covered

Situations covered by a free reprint or refund.
SituationCovered?
Print or finishing Issue that's ours (misprint, banding, colour outside tolerance)✅
Damaged in transit✅
Does not match your approved order spec✅
Confirmed lost by the carrier✅

Your choice: a reprint, or a full refund where a reprint is no longer useful to you.

03 · What counts as correct

Stated tolerances

Colour and size tolerances, and what happens either side of them.

Colour. No exact screen-to-cloth match is guaranteed — dye-sublimation shifts, and it shifts differently on every fabric.

Size. Fabric relaxes after printing, and finishing is applied after that relaxation.

05 · Only when we ask for it

Returning an item

Once your return is authorised, send it to

PrintFabrix — Returns

Write your order number on the outside of the parcel. Return shipping is covered by us where the claim is approved.

06 · Before the press queue

Cancelling

A full refund is available at any time before proof approval. Once you approve, the file enters the press queue and fabric is allocated to your job — the order cannot be cancelled after that point.

07 · How the money comes back

Refund method and timing

  • Refunds return to the original payment method.
  • Allow 5–10 business days for your bank to post it.
  • Where the issue is ours, the delivery charge is refunded too.
  • Duties and import taxes already paid to a destination government are not refundable by us.
