The Outdoor & Heavy Duty family: 600D PU-coated polyester, 480 gsm tarpaulin, and 210T for light outdoor use. Mesh at 120 gsm handles fences and scaffold, because ~30% airflow sheds the wind load that tears a solid banner. Outdoor lifespan varies by grade, so read the spec table for the one you are buying.

Only the grades whose spec table reads Certified B1 (DIN 4102). Several grades in the range are not fire-rated at all. Read the fire rating row for your exact grade, and confirm what your venue requires before you order.

No. All 17 fabrics are polyester, and that includes the linen-look and canvas-look grades. Dye-sublimation bonds to polyester and to nothing else, so a natural fibre would not hold the print. Where a fabric here reads as linen, it is woven to look that way.

Heat turns solid ink into gas, and the gas bonds into the polyester fibre. The dye becomes part of the cloth rather than a layer sitting on it, so it cannot crack, peel or flake. It is also why washing a printed fabric does not wash the print.

Dye-sublimation and UV. Which press runs depends on the fabric and the finish, and that choice is made for you before printing.

Both, depending on the grade. Double-sided runs as duplex — two independent prints on one banner, with an opaque core between them so neither side shows through. Not every grade supports it, so check the spec table first.

Not exactly, and no dye-sublimation printer can honestly claim otherwise. Screen colour shifts on cloth, and it shifts differently across the 17 fabrics. Most grades take a 30 °C gentle wash with mild detergent, no fabric softener, then line dry in shade. Blockout and PU-coated grades are wipe-clean only, and velvet and felt are spot clean. Temperatures, iron settings and the family-by-family table are on Care & Washing.
